Garrett started at PAE in 2001 as part of the Commissioning Department at the company’s headquarters in Dana Point. When the Florida office opened up a year later, Garrett relocated to Stuart to assist with commissioning there. During his three-year stint in Florida, he also worked in the parts department and crewed on two different boats in the Nordhavn Atlantic Rally. In 2004, Garrett headed back to California where he was tapped to be the Project Manager of the 62 and later took on the Nordhavn 59CP, 72, 76 and 78 projects.
