Counting down to the launch of the N46II
The Nordhavn 46II is on pace to arrive in Florida the end of April. Chief of Design Jeff Leishman said a custom bracket for the engine alternator was the main culprit for the delay in production, which was further exacerbated by the Chinese New Year holiday. The N46II is being built at our partner factory South Coast in Taiwan. Jeff recently came back from inspecting the 46II project earlier this month and was extremely happy with the progress, despite the timing setbacks. “Overall, I am very happy with the boat,” he said. Photos taken a couple of weeks ago captured different stages of build progress with hulls one, two and three all under construction.
