PALMYRA is impeccably maintained, and the Nordhavn 35 is often described as the perfect couple’s cruiser. Rugged and comfortable, follow your dreams!
Accommodations:
The master stateroom is forward with walk around queen berth athwartships, and includes a new custom fit mattress, two night stands with drawers, a comfortable bench seat upholstered in leather, chain locker access forward of the bench seat and extensive drawer and locker storage. Lighting and ventilation are superb, with two large sliding ports on either side of the cabin and a large opening deck hatch. Two dorade vents on the deck help provide additional ventilation when opening the hatches is not possible. At night a number of bright lights maintain the cabin’s light and airy feel. This incredible layout makes the space feel more like a master bedroom in a home than the main cabin of a trawler.
Aft to starboard is the head with vanity and Corian countertop, sink, Jabsco “quiet flush” electric fresh water toilet, exhaust fan with timer, a spacious stall shower with seat and opening portlight and opening hatch. Aft of the head is engine room access through a three-inch-thick door with inspection porthole.
To port is a large U-shaped galley. Up four steps from the galley is the pilothouse with helm and two-person leather upholstered bench seat to starboard. Visibility is excellent through nine pilothouse windows and a large opening hatch above. A raised dinette aft to port features a leather L-shaped settee with varnished teak table. The dinette converts to a full sized berth to sleep an additional person. There is a straight settee to starboard with a fold down chart table.
The interior is beautiful and in “like new” condition. A Diamond Sea Glaze Dutch door leads to the cockpit which is nicely protected by the pilothouse overhang and extends to the transom. This is a perfect place for socializing or cooking meals on the propane grill. She has an excellent layout for a cruising couple that wants the very finest and safest pilothouse trawler ever built. She comes from a builder that is all about quality. A truly exceptional vessel!
