Overview
Nordhavn Europe are delighted to introduce N60#61, ‘Julia II’, to our brokerage listings. She has been under the watchful ownership of her original owner since 2015. A carefully considered, highly customised design, ‘Julia II’ lacks for nothing. Her owner, together with the project manager meticulously thought out every detail of the boat during production, resulting in a wonderfully unique hull. One of her many impressive features is the master stateroom arrangement, which includes a sliding partition wall, cleverly opening the area up to allow for a much larger stateroom, when travelling without guests onboard. If needed however, her custom layout does allow accommodation for 8 people, including a crew cabin below. (a luxury feature on a 60ft vessel)
Her interior is as perfect as the day she was delivered. Finished in high gloss cherrywood throughout, the woodwork is flawless. Refined, additions such as the customised electric window dressings in the saloon, master stateroom and pilothouse, together with the white Onyx countertops in the galley and heads provide an element of added sophistication.
The exterior additions are just as plentiful as the interior, with upgraded features such as the teak decking, swim platform extension, passarelle with rotating gangway, underwater lights, Williams Jet tender and canvas covers for both the cockpit and boat deck, to name just a few.
In terms of the electronics system aboard, it is extensive to say the least and would not be out of place on a much larger vessel. Her package offers full redundancy with Furuno Navnet TZT navigation and Simrad autopilot systems. Added comforts such as the Gost security monitoring and camera system offer further reassurance to an owner. A full list of the electronics and entertainment package can be found in our details.
Mechanically, ‘Julia’ was designed with twin Lugger 1066 165hp engines, and a full ABT hydraulic package. She has exceptionally low engine hours but has remained in Malta since her delivery and has been very well cared for and professionally maintained by a local team in Kalkara where the boat is situated.
‘Julia II’ is offered for sale essentially as new and will not disappoint any prospective buyer when viewed. Please take the time to peruse the 3-D walkthrough tour and study this fine example of a Nordhavn 60. She is truly an exceptional vessel!
