Tour of the Boat:

Entering from one of aft deck gates you will find a nice sitting area as well as a door hatch that drops down a stairway to the engine room. Beside that is the main doorway to the salon and interior of the vessel.

Salon & Galley:

As you enter the salon you will immediately feel the open and roomy feel to the space. This is due to the large windows and lovely maple wood interior. There is a large L-shaped custom settee to port with a hi-lo table. There is also a pair of easy chairs at the forward end of the salon. On the starboard side you will find an entertainment center along with cabinets for dishes and glassware storage.

At the forward end of the salon you will see granite countertops along with a full galley. The galley features a Thermador four-burner range with oven which also works as a convection oven. Next to the oven you will find a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer which is also made by Thermador. Other appliances included in the galley are a Miele full size dishwasher, Broan trash compactor, Francke stainless steel sinks with a Hansa faucet. The sink also includes an in-sink garbage disposal.

Pilothouse:

Moving forward up into the pilothouse you will find a great sitting area (that can double as an off-watch berth) with table on the portside. On the centerline you will find a complete array of electronics some of which have been updated recently. The helm area features a helm chair along with electronic controls and autopilot for ease of running the vessel.

Staterooms:

All three staterooms are accessed from the starboard side forward in the wheelhouse. They include the owner’s stateroom, ship’s laundry, VIP guest stateroom, bunk house stateroom/office stateroom.

Owner’s Stateroom:

The owner’s stateroom is amidships which is the lowest and most comfortable stateroom to be in while being underway offshore. It includes a full beam cabin including a private ensuite head. It features a full queen bed, two hanging lockers, and a beautiful custom chest & drawer unit. There is plenty of storage here as well as large portlights. Back in the ensuite you will find a full-size tub & shower and a large portlight that is hidden for privacy but can be used with the opening of a cabinet.

Ship’s Laundry:

The ship’s laundry is located between the owner’s stateroom and the VIP guest stateroom. This area features a Miele full size washer and a Miele full size dryer. There is also a sink, Amana freezer and wine refrigerator (non-functioning).

VIP Guest Stateroom:

Located on the portside of the boat is the VIP guest stateroom that features a queen size bed along with a library with plenty of storage for clothing. Large portlights make the cabin feel large and warm.

Across from the VIP is a head with shower that is shared with the bunkhouse/office stateroom in the hallway.

Bunkhouse / Office Stateroom:

The forward stateroom features bunks to port and an office area to starboard. It has plenty of storage for the ship’s papers and is set up with a computer area. Light and air is let in through the overhead hatch.

Exterior Deck Features

Flybridge:

Going up thru the wheelhouse stairs you will find a full flybridge setup along with a nice sitting area with table. This allows for everyone to enjoy the outdoors. This area is covered with a large bimini. The helm station has a complete set of its own electronics. Just aft of the bimini is a radar arch with a boat deck area.

Boat Deck:

The boat deck is where all the water toys are stored. It also features a built-in grill along with sink icemaker and refrigerator. A great area to go with any flybridge activities.

This is also where you will find a life raft (expired), passerelle w/ handrail, and a dive ladder. Next to those items is where the ship’s tender is stored (13′ Boston Whaler).

Engine Room:

The engine room is entered from the aft deck through a water tight door. It is a full stand-up engine room with work benches and maintenance boards so all engine room gear is accessible.
