What does the 46 in 475-46 mean? (The 46th 475 built?)
The N475 hull is a continuation of the N43 hull, just like the N60 continued the N55 hull. This is the 46th member of that hull type.

Correct! If you watch the video closely, you can spot her wet exhaust in the engine room, as well as the lack of dry exhaust piping.
