Notes about this boat:
This was a very straightforward build with the standard two-stateroom (master amidships/guest forward) two-head layout. The interior is traditional teak with fabric-covered walls above the chair rail and the counter tops are done in white Corian. The systems in this boat are equally nuts-and-bolts with only a Diesel heater added for comfort during chilly Pacific Northwest cruising.
The owner came to Nordhavn as a commercial fisherman with his experience limited to the boats used for oyster harvesting. He liked the reliability and track records of Nordhavn and their ability to handle the rough weather encountered in the waters of the Pacific Northwest.
Project manager Dave Harlow spent three weeks training in Seattle and then accompanied the owner on a delivery trip from Seattle up to Vancouver where the boat will be home ported.
