Home at last! This beautiful Nordhavn 68, the first ever non-flybridge N68 which was recently featured in the popular Aquaholic YouTube yacht review channel, is now home in Scotland where she will begin her life of adventure. She was delivered north to her home marina by the owner along with Nordhavn Europe’s Neil Russell from NEL’s office in Southampton. This photo of the majestic N68 speaks volumes. In fact, if the boat could talk, it would be saying, “Yes, I’m beautiful, I am tough and I can take anything you can throw at me.”

I preferred the owner’s other Nordhavn, a Nordhavn 60 named” Annie M”, I prefer a flybridge yacht as it gives you a better vantage point when manoeuvring in tight marina’s or shallow coves.

Having owned N62.36 & now N57.35 .
I have always use the Wing stations or “Dockmate” remote control system in preference to “guesswork” from the centre of the flybridge. Both allow single-handed precision maneuvers and tie-up while over-looking the side of the vessel at the dock.
The non flybridge model is great progress.
