It’s an exciting week for Wai Chan and Sui-Fong Perry Mak who are taking delivery of their brand new Nordhavn 41 called Tardis at the Telgeren factory in Turkey. Accompanied by their Nordhavn broker, Devin Zwick, and N41 Project Manager, Drew Leishman, the couple watched the boat splash into the Sea of Marmara and then brought to the Viaport Marina where they will provision the boat and get it ready for their maiden voyage to Greece.

Wai and Sui-Fong have spent the last several days familiarizing themselves with the boat as Devin went through systems and docking procedures with them. They’ll have a local Turkish captain assist them with their first trip.

The couple, who hail from Seattle, are following in the path of several N41 and N51 buyers before them by launching their cruising itineraries in the Mediterranean. They will spend a few weeks Athens and then dedicate the rest of the summer traveling around the Greek islands. They plan to visit Montenegro next year.
