Video cruising blogs have become something of a phenomenon. Just do a search on youtube under “boating blog” and you’ll discover pages and pages and pages of blogs to be seen. One of the most popular is Sailing La Vagabonde, a blog published regularly (weekly as of late) by a young Australian couple which captures their day-to-day life on board a 43’ Beneteau. Knowing nothing about boating, they purchased their boat and decided to document their adventures and learning process. Their first episode has over 1.5 million views and since 2014 they’ve published 63 episodes.

It’s interesting enough, but why promote it on Nordhavn.com? Because episode 62 is titled La Vagabonde checks out a Power Yacht! The young seafarers have become astonishingly good at figuring out this sailing thing, but their reactions to getting on board a Nordhavn 62 are pretty funny (just seeing the refrigerator space alone sends them into a lather).
