P.A.E.’s partner factory, South Coast Marine, is nearing completion of its Xiamen, China yard development. Construction of the China yard began four years ago after P.A.E. expanded its product line. Now the yard is responsible for production of Nordhavn’s newest models including the 40/II, the 47, the 55 and the forthcoming flagship, the 86. The yard has remained a work in progress and when the construction is completed, it is expected to be one of the world’s premiere yacht building facilities.
