After several years of thinking and looking at what is available my wife Zubi and I bought a Nordhavn N4701. It was a difficult transaction and the seller had left the boat in Florida and gone to England. During this difficult time of discussions, deal making etc , two of your brokers Ben Sprague and Dave Balfour held our hand and walked us through this trying time. Many a time we felt that a deal could not be made but they kept their faith and persisted in finalizing a deal which we did not think could happen.
After the sale they helped us in repair work and bringing the boat to a working status and continued to help us for week worth of training that has taken away some of the dread we had in having such a big boat.
I wanted to say thank you to you for having such good people in you company as we personally could not thanked them enough. Please accept our gratitude and thanks and we hope to enjoy what you have build for many like us to fulfill our dreams.
