Design-your-Nordhavn contest
And the winners are...
The competition for the first ever Nordhavn Design Contest was fierce! Twenty different designs that captured the imaginations of junior architects worldwide passed across our judges table. It was a tight race and in the end it came down to the finest details separating the winning submissions from the rest of the field. We are extremely impressed with the talent, the ingenuity, and hard work that went into each of these designs. Every single designer should feel proud of their drawing and we want to thank you all for taking the time to produce such inspiring creations. To see the judges’ deliberations, watch the video above. Hey kids! Have you ever dreamt about what your perfect boat would look like? How big would it be? How fast would it go? How many bedrooms would it have? We want you to put your vision to the test! For the month of August, we are holding a Design-your-Nordhavn contest. Draw out what you think a cool Nordhavn would look like and tell us about it: length, speed, number of beds, number of heads, how far does it go on one tank of fuel and any other cool features you’d like to include.
The contest is open to anyone age 14 and under and artwork submissions will be broken down into three age groups:
- Under 7 years old
- 7 – 10 years old
- 11 – 14 years old
One winner per age group will be selected. Drawings will be judged based on creativity of the design, overall look, and description. Each winner will receive a $200 Visa gift card!
