Danny brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in the marine industry, combining a lifetime on the water with deep technical knowledge of sportfishing yachts and recreational vessels. A Southern California native and Dana Point resident for over 44 years, Danny joined the Nordhavn team in 2025, bringing with him a wealth of real-world experience to support clients in making informed yacht ownership decisions.

As a USCG-licensed captain and owner-operator of Ohana Sportfishing Dana Point, Danny has spent the past 15 years helping people experience the ocean firsthand through premium fishing charters and boat rentals. His personal and professional passion for boating uniquely positions him to understand the needs of buyers, from first-time owners to seasoned yachtsmen.

Danny specializes in sportfishing yachts and has over two decades of experience in custom outfitting and marine systems integration—including stainless and aluminum fabrication, fiberglass work, electronics, bait systems, lighting, diesel engine systems, soft goods, enclosures, and full yacht layouts. His practical knowledge adds value to every transaction, offering buyers insights into build quality, functionality, and long-term ownership considerations.

With extensive experience delivering yachts from 35 to 120 feet between California and Mexico, and a deep understanding of West Coast and offshore fisheries—from Point Conception to Baja and Hawaii—Danny offers clients not only expert guidance but also a trusted partner in the yacht ownership journey.
